Whether you're casually browsing for jobs or are dedicating hours a day to your job search, you'll want to know you're looking for jobs in all the right places. Here's our guide to where to look for creative industry jobs – from entry-level and junior roles, right through to mid-career and senior jobs.

CREATIVE INDUSTRY JOBS BOARDS


  • Creative Careers Club Discord server: yes our very own jobs board – you'll find entry-level and junior jobs across publishing, PR, advertising, events, the arts and loads more specialisms – and you can also sign up to get notifications about new postings.

  • Creative Access: this is a great place to look for jobs if you're from a group that's under-represented in the creative industries. Lots of entry-level and junior opportunities, and some more senior ones too. Every job shows the salary.

  • The Guardian: a good place to look for creative industry jobs at all levels, including PR, marketing, comms and media roles. Most jobs include salary info.

  • And there's also... Creative Lives in Progress, CreativePool, The Dots, If You Could Jobs (not all jobs on these sites include salary info).


SPECIALIST JOBS BOARDS


All of these jobs boards are great places to look for jobs in particular parts of the creative sector, from entry-level through to mid-level and right up to senior levels.


Advertising jobs




Arts, museums, culture and heritage jobs


  • ArtsJobs: A great site for finding jobs at all levels of seniority in the arts sector across the UK. It has lots of roles outside of London, and plenty of part-time opportunities. Every job shows a salary or a salary band.

  • MuseumJobs: Jobs in museums across the UK, at all levels – and all include salary info.

  • Workculture: Jobs from across the museums, culture and heritage sector.

  • Arts Professional: UK-wide jobs in the arts sector.

Charity jobs


  • CharityJob: The go-to site for all kinds of charity jobs, including lots of creative roles across comms, marketing, PR, design, copywriting, social media, events, fundraising and more. Every job shows the salary.

  • CharityComms jobs board: Another great charity sector jobs board – this one specialises in communications roles, covering areas including PR, marketing, events, design, social media, policy, public affairs and stakeholder engagement. Every job shows the salary.

  • Third Sector jobs: Jobs at all levels across the charity sector, and all show the salary.

  • Goodmoves: for charity sector jobs in Scotland.


Design and architecture jobs


  • Dezeen jobs board: A great place to find design and architecture roles – but not every ad includes salary info.

  • Design Jobs Board: Lots of design roles, but not every job shows the salary.


Education sector jobs


  • Jobs.ac.uk: The place to look for jobs in universities – where there are tonnes of comms, marketing and events-related roles.


Fashion Jobs


  • FashionWorkie: All kinds of fashion-related jobs, from design to marketing and ecommerce. Not every job shows the salary.

  • Music Careers: A global jobs board for roles relating to music – but this link will take you straight to opps in the UK. You can filter roles by career level, including internships and junior jobs. NEW ADDITION

Social media jobs


  • Sam's Social Media Club: loads of roles that focus entirely or largely on social media, with all career levels covered and international opportunities as well as UK-based roles. Every job shows the salary.
