Ellen is a Senior Creative Copywriter at Ride Shotgun. She's worked at some brilliant agencies from Manchester to Sydney, trained in behavioural science and bagged a few awards along the way. She also founded the Junior Job Board, an accessible way to share
entry-level roles, work experience, education, competitions and networking events that'll get feet in doors.

Alice Ivanoff is the Co-founder of Kokoon, an AI-powered coaching platform helping early-career professionals build confidence and succeed at work. Before founding Kokoon, Alice held roles at tech startups and high-growth businesses including WeWork and Amazon. Passionate about mentorship, she's an expert in coaching young professionals.
