How can I find creative recruitment agencies with entry-level / junior jobs?

Creative Careers Club

The Creative Careers Club jobs board is a great place to look for entry-level and junior jobs in the creative industries – but we only cover jobs where the employer is recruiting directly. So what's the best way to discover jobs where the employer is using a recruitment agency to fill an open role?

We recommend getting to know some recruitment consultants who specialise in the area you want to work in – and we've created this list of creative industry recruitment agencies to help you do this.

Our list focuses on recruitment agencies that:

  • specialise in the creative industries or are specialist graduate/ early career recruitment agencies that tend to have a good range of creative jobs listed

  • list jobs on their website, so you can browse the kind of opportunities they have available before you contact them

  • generally have a good range of entry-level and junior roles (up to around £35k) – as some agencies tend to focus more on mid to senior level roles

  • generally have a good range of permanent roles available – as some recruitment consultancies focus more on freelance and temporary roles.
